Visit by the White family from the USA
The Temple White family gathered the courage to leave their life in the US behind for nine months to travel around the world. Low budget, high adventure living in places they had never been. They gave over half their things away, keeping only what they truly wanted to have waiting for when they returned home. You can read all about their story on thecouragevibe.com
During a week long visit to Marrakech at the beginning of March, the BBG supported their progress and they visited all the charities that we support. We really enjoyed their visit which was filmed by an American film company, Giggling Gorilla Productions. The whole week was inspirational culminating in a visit to the Donkey Sanctuary at Jarjeer where we all met the family and had lunch together generously provided by James Wix.
We were all joined by local Moroccan children who enjoyed riding the donkeys along with some children with special needs.
